Scope of This Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the ok44 platform ("Platform") and all of its services. "You" or "User" refers to any person who has created or is attempting to create an account on ok44.

The meanings of some key terms used below:

• "Platform" — The ok44.lat website and all related services and products.
• "Account" — A user's registered profile that gives them access to the platform's services.
• "Wallet" — A virtual record of the funds held in a user's account.

Deposit Rules

Accepted deposit methods on ok44 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account promptly.
• The payment method you use when depositing must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Welcome Bonus

ok44 offers a welcome bonus for new members. Current bonus terms:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total of ৳32,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must place bets worth 10 times the bonus amount.
• Example: For a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000 (= ৳1,000 × 10) before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Fair Play Policy

All games on ok44 are operated on the principles of fairness and transparency. Please keep the following in mind:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• The game provider's own rules may apply — where there is a conflict between ok44's rules and the provider's rules, the provider's rules will take precedence.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a network disconnection or technical issue, ok44 will determine the outcome in accordance with standard rules.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the ok44 platform and are subject to penalties:

• Creating multiple accounts or abusing promotional benefits.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Any activity that may interfere with the platform's operations.
• Providing false or misleading information.

System Failure & Error Policy

In the event of a technical error or system failure, the following policy applies:

• Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error may be considered void.
• The amount of any bet lost due to a server error will be refunded.
• ok44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for routine maintenance.
• In the event of an issue with a game provider's server, that provider's own policy will apply.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on the ok44 platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ok44.

• Reproducing, distributing, or using this content without the express written permission of ok44 is prohibited.
• Using ok44's brand name or logo without permission is punishable by law.
• The game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, JILI, PG Soft, and others — are protected by their own intellectual property laws.

Limits of Liability

ok44 is not liable for the following:

• Financial losses incurred by users from gaming.
• Session loss due to internet disconnection.
• Failure or delays by third-party payment services.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or lack of security.
• Losses arising from events beyond ok44's control (force majeure).

ok44's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
